The following recipes are for the sweet tooth. They are quick to make but beware... If you don't share, the sugar plum fairy will curse you! :)

PARTY M & M's
Put a teaspoon of melted chocolate into a paper candy cases, place a marshmallow on top (do this straight away before the chocolate sets) then place an M & M on top of marshmallows with a drop of chocolate to hold it place.

BOUNTY BARS
1+1/2 cups Coconut
2 tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
1 Small Can Condensed Milk
Chocolate
Mix coconut, sugar and condensed milk. Roll into balls and flatten. Leave to harden for a short time. Dip bars in melted chocolate
MACAROON BALLS
1 medium sized Cold Potato (cooked)
Coconut - browned in the oven
1 lb.Confectioners Sugar
Chocolate
Beat potato then add confectioners sugar. Roll into balls and coat with melted chocolate and toss in toasted coconut.
RUM TRUFFLES
3 oz.Chocolate
Knob of Butter
1 teaspoon Whole Milk
1 teaspoon Rum
1 Egg Yolk
Melt chocolate, add egg, butter, milk and rum. Beat till thick. Leave in 'fridge, then roll into balls.
SCOTTISH TABLET
4 cups Sugar
1/2 can Condensed Milk
1 cup Milk
1/4 stick Butter
Melt butter with milk in pan. Add condensed milk. Add sugar gradually. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and beat for a further 15 minutes. Pour into a greased cookie sheet and leave till set. Mark just before it sets.
SCOTTISH TOFFEE
2 cups Sugar
7+1/2 fluid ozs. Water
1/4 cup Butter
1 can Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Dissolve sugar in water. Add butter and condensed milk and
dissolve into a syrup. Boil to 250 degrees F. stirring gently. Add vanilla essence and pour out mixture into a well greased cookie sheet. When setting mark with well greased knife and break into squares when cold.
UNCOOKED CHOCOLATE FUDGE
4 ozs.Chocolate
1/4 cup Butter
4 tablespoons Evaporated Milk
2 cups Confectioners Sugar
Grated Rind of 1 Orange
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water. Add evaporated milk and grated rind - mix well. Work in sifted confectioners sugar until the mixture is quite stiff. Pour into a cookie sheet and leave to set. When set cut into squares.
