NEWS Legends launches monthly gay student party night A ‘Legendary’ student party night May 28, 2007 Pretoria’s Legends nightclub and UP & OUT present the SHINDINGALICIOUS STUDENT NIGHT PARTY on Wednesday 27 June – the first in a series of monthly student events. Founded in 2006, UP & OUT is the official student organisation for gay, lesbian and bisexual students at the University of Pretoria. The organisation ensures that gay students feel at home on campus and regularly hosts social events that allow gay and lesbian students to meet each other in a comfortable and safe environment. With this in mind, leading nightclub Legends, in conjunction with UP & OUT, is launching a gay student night for all students across Gauteng. The student night parties will take place at Legends once a month. The monthly events launch on Wednesday 27 June 2007 with the Shindigalicious Party. Expect the best dancefloor beats and a funky student-friendly vibe at one of Gauteng’s leading nightclubs. Featuring the dance sounds of DJs Sam, Gerhard and guest DJS, it’s an opportunity for all gay and lesbian students to meet, get into the groove, and most importantly have a memorable night of superior clubbing fun!
