SA’s top gay DJs to join RuPaul at Viva La Glam Party!

JOHANNESBURG — International drag superstar RuPaul will be joined by 16 of SA’s top gay DJs in the entertainment line-up at Therapy’s highly anticipated Viva La Glam Pride After Party – party on Saturday 4 October at Carfax.
“Seeing as we are celebrating Gay Pride after all, we felt that selecting the best gay DJs from around the country to play at Viva La Glam was the right thing to do,” says Therapy co-owner Fulvio De Stefanis. “The community has the hottest talent the industry has to offer and we’re showing it off to the world.”
The sizzling turntable talent includes legendary Therapy creator DJ Stuart Hillary, old-school dance music fiend DJ Patrick Talmadge, the outrageous DJ Thelma Klensch (flying in from Port Elizabeth with her gravity-defying hair), as well as DJ Ariee from Cape Town’s late, great Sliver nightclub; among many other dance-floor masters.
Singer, actress and the world’s first drag supermodel, RuPaul, will be performing live at the Viva La Glam Pride After-party, proudly brought to you by Flex Bender, which will also feature four dance-floors to keep revellers celebrating their Pride into the early hours of the morning.
The four floors will offer partygoers a diverse spectrum of dance music; from classic house tracks to the latest in cutting edge tunes.
Therapy’s Viva La Glam Pride After-party, featuring RuPaul, is proudly presented by Flex Bender on Saturday October 4th at Therapy, Carfax, Pimm St, Newtown, Johannesburg. Doors open at 4pm (shower and change room facilities available for those that come straight from the parade)
